View Folder job details
You can view the details of completed Folder jobs.
Perform the following procedure to view details of a Folder job.

You can view the Folder job details in the Jobs Overview page and the JOBS page in Inspect or Review.
To view in the Job Overview page, perform the following steps.
In the Project page, select OVERVIEW.
In the Data Overview page, click the toggle to the right.
In the jobs list, select the Job Name for a Job Type that displays Folder.
To view in Inspect or Review, perform the following steps.
In the Project page, click REVIEW or ANALYZE>INSPECT.
On the left navigation pane, click .
In the JOBS page, select the Job Name for a Job Type that displays Folder.
- View the job details in the Folder Information dialog box.
- When you finish reviewing the Folder job, click Close.
Table details
Each Folder job shows the following information.
User who submitted the job. | |
Date the job was submitted. | |
Update Applied | Add to folder, Add to folder by Metadata, or Remove from folder. |
Selected folder name. | |
Selected Documents | Number of documents selected. |
Folders Created | Number of folders created when you add documents to folders using Folder by Metadata option. This field shows “N/A” when you perform the other folder actions. |
Group Security | Shows the names of the selected groups if you limited the folder access to one or more groups or shows None if there are no restrictions. |
Job identification number. |
